Yes. Vicem answers and says it’s an AI. Real callers leave a message, and you get it in the app. Junk calls are handled without interrupting you.
It stops only numbers you marked as spam or several Vicem owners reported. They show in Stopped calls; tap This was real to let one through.
If it’s urgent, callers can ask to reach you.
What if I pick up a spam call?
Just hang up. Next time, decline a number you don’t know: Vicem answers it, says it’s an AI and asks what they want. Junk calls are handled without interrupting you.
Will I be charged by surprise?
No. Nothing is charged before day 4. On day 3 we remind you by email and push. Cancel in the app, in Settings › Plan.
