Scam calls are turned away

Numbers known for spam are turned away before they reach you, and you can see the list of calls that were screened.

Callers get your answer by email

When you answer a message, Vicem can send your reply to the caller by email, clearly from your AI. A caller can stop these emails with one reply.

Callers are answered in their own language

Vicem answers in the language the caller speaks, in 16 languages, and still tells them it’s an AI.

Keep your number and forward the calls you miss

Vicem shows the forwarding code for your carrier, so calls you miss, decline or can’t take reach it, even when your phone is off. Codes cover 12 countries.

Real phone calls on US numbers

Vicem now answers real phone calls on its own US numbers. Every call starts with “Hi, this is” and your name, then “AI”.

Anyone can check what it did

Every call is saved with what was said and why Vicem acted. A caller who gets a message from it can check that nothing was changed.

Spam and silent calls don’t use your minutes

Calls screened as spam, silent calls and calls that fail don’t count against your minutes.

It asks you before anything important

During a call, Vicem can ask you on your phone while the caller waits. If you don’t answer in time, it takes a message instead.

Every Vicem has its own page

Each Vicem has its own page on vicem.ai, under a name you choose, with a contact card to save and a way to leave a note.

The first version of Vicem went live on October 5, 2026.
