Security
How Vicem looks after your calls and messages, in plain words.
Where it runs
Vicem runs on Google Cloud in the United States.
Encrypted
Everything between your phone, the app, this site and our servers travels encrypted, and everything we store is encrypted at rest. An ordinary phone call crosses the phone network the way every call does.
No password to steal
You sign in with Google or a code sent to your email. We never send text messages to sign you in.
Nobody listens in
Always an AI, never a call center. No person at Vicem or Devotel answers, listens to or takes over your calls.
Delete anytime
Ask your Vicem to forget something and it is removed. Close your account in the app at any time, and everything in it is deleted 7 days later, apart from the few things the privacy notice lists, such as billing records.
