Keep your number and turn on call forwarding to your Vicem number.

In the app, open Settings › Call forwarding and tap Call me to test.

Usually something answers before Vicem can: Live Voicemail on an iPhone, or your phone company’s voicemail.

Open the Settings app, tap Apps, then Phone, and switch off Live Voicemail.

Dial the off code for your phone company: ##004# on AT&T, T-Mobile and most others, or *73 on Verizon, Visible, Xfinity Mobile and Spectrum Mobile.

Yes. During setup, choose a new number instead of keeping yours.

Every call starts by saying it’s an AI: “Hi, this is Sam’s AI. This call is transcribed. How can I help?”, with your first name in place of Sam.

Yes. Before anything important, Vicem asks you, and you answer from the notification with one tap: Approve, Reject, Edit or Reply.

It ends robocalls and scam pitches with one short line, “I can’t take this call. Goodbye.”, hangs up on silent calls, and keeps a list you can check.

Yes. Forwarding runs at your phone company, not on your phone, so calls you can’t take still reach Vicem when the phone is off, out of battery or out of signal.

Vicem answers callers in their own language: 16 languages today, and it switches during the call when the caller speaks one of them.

Write your reply in the app. Vicem passes it on, word for word, by email or a short call, and says it’s your AI.

Yes. Texts sent to your Vicem number show up in the app.

It’s your Vicem’s page at vicem.ai/your-name.

Vicem is free during early access. To stop, turn off forwarding in Settings › Turn off Vicem.

You can make Vicem forget it: open the call, tap More, then Forget this call.

Tap Why? on anything Vicem did. It shows what happened in one sentence, the steps that led there, and what was said on the call, from the saved call, never from the AI’s memory of it.

Calls are transcribed, and every caller hears that at the start.
