Hands full.

An AI that answers your phone when the kids come first

School pickup, bath time, a toddler mid-meltdown: some calls just can’t be answered, so Vicem answers them, says it’s an AI, and writes down who called and what they need.

When the house goes quiet, every message is in one place and nothing has to be called back blind.

Who calls a busy parent, and what do they need?

  1. The school or the nurse wants to reach a parent, and needs to know the message landed.
  2. The dentist’s office wants to confirm or move an appointment.
  3. Other parents want to sort out a playdate or a ride.
Sam is an example; yours says your name.

What does the school hear when you can’t pick up?

“Hi, this is Sam’s AI. This call is transcribed. How can I help?”

Then it takes the message and says it will reach you.

What does it take off your plate?

  • Picks up when your phone is buried in a bag or out of battery.
  • Emails other parents back so they know you got the message.
  • Asks you before it agrees to any plans on your behalf.
  • Turns away scam calls, so your few quiet minutes aren’t spent on them.
  • Takes messages from callers in their language, then summarizes them in yours.

What do parents ask about Vicem?

i.Can I still answer calls myself?

Yes. Your phone rings as it always has. Vicem only takes the calls you miss, decline or can’t reach.

ii.Will my kids’ school be confused by an AI?

It tells them it’s your AI straight away, takes the message and confirms it will reach you.

iii.Does it share anything about my children?

Not without asking you. Private details, like your family’s health or where you are, always wait for your yes.

It asks first.

What does it check with you first?

  1. Agreeing to anything in your name.
  2. Telling a caller anything about you that you haven’t confirmed.

Your family’s plans are yours to confirm.

How do you set it up after bedtime?

  1. Pick a name

Choose your vicem.ai name. It becomes the address of your page and your Vicem’s email, and callers hear your first name.

  2. Forward missed calls, or get a new number

Keep your number and send the calls you miss, decline or can’t reach to Vicem. Or give out a new US number instead.

  3. Vicem calls you to prove it works

It rings your phone once. Decline the call, and when it comes back to Vicem, you know forwarding works.

Be there for them. Vicem takes the call.
