After hours.

An AI that answers tenant calls when you can’t

Tenants call about leaks, lockouts and late rent at all hours, and people looking for a place call about every listing; Vicem answers each one and says it’s an AI.

It takes down the unit, the problem and how to reach them, so you decide what needs you tonight and what can wait.

What does it handle for your rentals?

  • Gives your rentals one number and email, so tenants never need your personal phone.
  • Keeps every tenant call word for word, so you can look back at exactly what was reported and when.
  • Asks you before it promises a repair, a refund or a date.
  • Speaks with tenants in their own language, in any of 16 languages.
  • Keeps taking calls when your phone is off for the night.
  • Emails tenants back so they know the report reached you.

What do tenants and renters want when they call?

  1. A tenant with a problem wants to know it was heard, and when someone will deal with it.
  2. Someone looking at a vacancy wants to know if it’s still free and how to see it.
  3. Contractors want to confirm access or a time.
Sam is an example; yours says your name.

What does a tenant hear at midnight?

“Hi, this is Sam’s AI. This call is transcribed. How can I help?”

Then it asks which unit and what happened.

It asks first.

What does it never promise a tenant without you?

  1. Agreeing to anything in your name.
  2. Sharing anything private, like health, money or where you are right now.
  3. Telling a caller anything about you that you haven’t confirmed.

A tenant’s details stay between you and them.

What do landlords ask about Vicem?

i.Can it tell a tenant a repair is booked?

Not unless you’ve said so. It takes the report and tells the tenant you’ll be in touch; promises about repairs come from you.

ii.What about people asking about a vacancy?

Vicem takes their name, the place they saw and how to reach them. It only shares details you’ve told it, like whether a unit is still listed.

iii.Does it work for one rental or many?

Both. It’s one Vicem for you, the landlord, however many doors you look after.

How do you set it up for your rentals?

  1. Pick a name

Choose your vicem.ai name. It becomes the address of your page and your Vicem’s email, and callers hear your first name.

  2. Forward missed calls, or get a new number

Keep your number and send the calls you miss, decline or can’t reach to Vicem. Or give out a new US number instead.

  3. Vicem calls you to prove it works

It rings your phone once. Decline the call, and when it comes back to Vicem, you know forwarding works.

Sleep. Vicem takes the midnight calls.
