What do callers hear when Vicem answers?
Every call starts by saying it’s an AI: “Hi, this is Sam’s AI. This call is transcribed. How can I help?”, with your first name in place of Sam. Then it listens and helps.

It always says it’s an AI
If a caller asks whether they are talking to a person, Vicem answers: “I’m Sam’s AI, not a person, and this call is transcribed.” It never pretends to be you.
People you have told Vicem already know it’s an AI get a shorter hello by name, and it still says it’s your AI.
What it does next
It takes a message and reads back numbers, names and email addresses so they come out right. If something needs you, it says it will check with you and asks you in the app. When it can’t reach you in time, it takes a message.
