Which one fits?

What do people ask?

Do I still need a spam app if my phone company blocks spam?

Keep the free filter on either way. An app adds features, such as screening or more blocking; Vicem answers the calls you miss and turns scam calls away by what the caller says.

Why do I still get spam calls with my phone company’s filter?

No filter promises to catch every call. AT&T says ActiveArmor “may not detect all threats”, and Verizon says it “doesn’t guarantee that all spam calls will be detected.”

Does Vicem say it’s an AI?

Yes: every call starts by saying it’s an AI.

In their own words.
