Can people text my Vicem number?
Yes. Texts sent to your Vicem number show up in the app. One-time codes stay hidden until you tap them, and scam and marketing texts are folded away without a notification.

What Vicem does with a text
It sorts each text: codes, scams, appointment confirmations, urgent messages and marketing. A code that comes with a link gets a warning not to tap the link.
If the person texting is on a call with your Vicem at that moment, Vicem reads their text into the call. Codes are never read out.
Photos come through as links that work for a short time.
Replying
You can write a reply in the thread. Vicem checks it first and shows you the exact words. Text replies are held for now, and the app tells you when one is. When the person confirmed an email address, Vicem can send it by email instead.
Anyone who texts STOP gets no more messages from your Vicem.
