Codes with a gap

nanp_11_digits
US standard networks: 1 and the 10-digit number.
nanp_10_digits
Canadian networks: the 10-digit number.
international_plus
A plus sign, the country code and the number.
nanp_10_digits_or_011
Verizon and the brands on its network: 10 digits in the US and Canada, otherwise 011 and the full number.
in_10_digits_or_international
Jio: the 10-digit Indian number without +91; a number abroad with a plus sign and its country code.

The check codes are the network standard’s. Verizon and Jio publish none.
