Someone from your bank’s “security team” says there’s a suspicious charge and asks you to confirm data, open a link or make a transfer to cancel it.

  • Then hang up.

  • Don’t give your password, token or card number.
  • Don’t make a transfer or a Pix “to cancel” a charge.
  • Don’t open a link or read a QR code a caller sends.
  • Don’t install an app a caller asks you to.
