Report a scam number to Komdigi at aduannomor.id so it can be blocked. If money was taken, report it to the Indonesia Anti-Scam Center at iasc.ojk.go.id right away: the first hour decides whether the money can be frozen.
Indonesia has no national do-not-call list, so your phone company’s free spam warning and hanging up on anyone who asks for money or a code do most of the work.
How common are scam calls in Indonesia?

How do I stop sales calls in Indonesia?
There’s no national list to join. The official route is to report numbers so they get blocked.
- Open aduannomor.id and choose to report a mobile number.Komdigi, Aduan Nomor

- I’ll call the bank on the number on my card.
- I don’t give codes or account details on the phone.
- Then hang up and report the number at aduannomor.id.
Don’t
- Don’t share an OTP or PIN.
- Don’t transfer money to a caller, even an “official”.
- Don’t install an APK file someone sends you on WhatsApp.
