Is Vicem down?
Check the status page. It shows the results of the test calls Vicem places into its own service, hour by hour. In the app, Settings › Is my Vicem answering? checks your own setup.

If status is fine but your calls don’t reach Vicem
The usual reasons: forwarding is off, Pause is on (callers can then only leave a message), or your minutes ran out and Vicem is taking messages only. See calls not forwarding.
