Turns off: every missed call.

What does ##004# do?

##004# turns off every “missed call” forward at once (busy, no answer and phone off or unreachable), but leaves a forward of every call (**21*) on.

More about ##004#

Does ##004# work on my network?
It works on GSM-standard mobile networks, which is most phone companies in the world, including AT&T and T-Mobile in the US, every UK network and most of Europe, Canada, Australia, India (not Jio) and Latin America. Verizon and the brands on its network use their own codes instead (*72, *71 and *73), Jio uses its own (*413 turns forwarding off), and Google Fi has no codes at all. It works the same on iPhone and Android: the phone sends the code to your network.
What happens to my voicemail?
In the US and Canada, ##004# is the code AT&T, T-Mobile and the other GSM networks list to turn forwarding off, and there it can switch voicemail off too: voicemail is itself a missed-call forward, and ##004# erases every missed-call forward, voicemail’s included. If missed calls stop going to voicemail, set voicemail up again in your phone’s settings or ask your phone company to turn it back on. To keep voicemail, turn off only the forward you set (##67#, ##61# or ##62#).
How do I check it worked?
Dial *#67#, *#61# and *#62#: each should say the forward is not active.
Does ##004# turn off all call forwarding?
Not quite. It clears the forwards for calls you miss, but a forward of every call set with **21* stays on. ##002# clears both.
Does ##004# reset my phone or delete anything?
No. It only changes call forwarding on the network. Your contacts, apps, photos and messages are not touched.
