How to turn off call forwarding
On most phones, dial ##002# and press call: it turns off every forward. AT&T, T-Mobile and the other US and Canadian networks list ##004#, which turns off forwarding of missed calls. On Verizon, Visible, Xfinity Mobile and Spectrum, dial *73. On Jio, dial *413. On iPhone, also check that Settings › Apps › Phone › Call Forwarding is off.

On iPhone and Android
On iPhone, go to Settings › Apps › Phone › Call Forwarding and turn it off. That switch only covers forwarding of every call: missed-call forwarding set with a code needs the code above.
On Android, open the Phone app, then Settings › Calls › Call forwarding (on Samsung, Supplementary services › Call forwarding), and turn each option off.

- An app that set up forwarding for you may turn it back on: turn it off in that app as well.
Turning call forwarding off
- What is the code to turn off call forwarding?
- On most phones, dial ##002# and press call: it turns off every forward.
- How do I turn off call forwarding on iPhone?
- Go to Settings › Apps › Phone › Call Forwarding and turn it off. If you set forwarding with a code, also dial ##002# (or *73 on Verizon).
- How do I turn off call forwarding on Android?
- Open the Phone app, then Settings › Calls › Call forwarding (on Samsung: Supplementary services › Call forwarding), and turn each option off.
- How do I check if call forwarding is on?
- On most networks, dial *#21# and press call to see if every call is forwarded, or *#67#, *#61#, *#62# for missed calls.
- Will my voicemail come back?
- Usually, but not always. On many networks your voicemail is itself a forward of missed calls, so ##002# can turn it off along with yours. If missed calls stop going to voicemail, set it up again in your phone’s voicemail settings or ask your phone company to turn it back on. To keep voicemail, turn off only the forward you set: ##21# (every call), ##67# (busy), ##61# (no answer) or ##62# (phone off).
