Usually, but not always. On many networks your voicemail is itself a forward of missed calls, so ##004# and ##002# can turn it off along with yours. If missed calls stop going to voicemail, set it up again in your phone’s voicemail settings or ask T-Mobile to turn it back on. To keep voicemail, turn off only the forward you set: ##21# (every call), ##67# (busy), ##61# (no answer) or ##62# (phone off).

Step by step

Open the keypad. Open the Phone app and tap Keypad.
Dial the code. Type ##004# and press call. Forwarding every call too? Type ##002# instead.
Wait for the confirmation. Your phone shows that forwarding is off. End the call.
Test it. Call your phone from another phone. It should ring.

Calls still forwarding?

Dial *#21# to see if every call is still forwarded, or *#67#, *#61#, *#62# for missed calls.
Dial the code on the phone that is forwarding, not on another phone.
On iPhone, check that Settings › Apps › Phone › Call Forwarding is off too.
On Android, open the Phone app’s Settings › Calls › Call forwarding and check every option says off.
An app that set up forwarding for you may turn it back on: turn it off in that app as well.
