How to stop spam calls on Koodo
Koodo’s spam filter is Call Control, a free add-on for monthly (postpaid) customers: add it in Self Serve under Mobile services, then Manage add-ons, and switch it on or off by dialing *99. A first-time caller has to key in a random digit from 0 to 9, which robocall systems usually fail.
A person who keys in the digit still rings through, and prepaid lines can’t get Call Control. Vicem is an AI on its own number that answers the Koodo calls you miss and turns scam callers away.
