Clients in other time zones call at odd hours. Vicem answers at any hour, and you read the messages on your own time.

For a real emergency, you can have Vicem tell callers to hang up and dial 112.

Appointments and requests

Vicem takes the request for a call: who, what about and the times that suit them. You confirm the time.

If one of those calls is a new client you’d otherwise miss, yes. Try it and see what comes in.

ii.Can callers tell it’s not me?

Yes, always. It says it’s your AI in its first sentence.

iii.Can I keep my number in India?

Phones in India can’t forward to Vicem yet. Give out your Vicem number instead and pick up calls in the app.

iv.Can I get a local number in India?

Not yet. You get a US number to give out, and you pick up calls in the app.
