How it works in India

After hours and urgent calls

Candidates call back fast, often in the evening. Vicem answers then, so no good candidate waits a day for a first answer.

For a real emergency, you can have Vicem tell callers to hang up and dial 112.

Appointments and requests

Vicem takes interview and call requests: who, which role and the times that suit them. You confirm the time.

i.Can it tell candidates how their interview went?

No. Feedback comes from you. It takes the question and passes it on.

ii.Can it handle client calls too?

Yes. It takes the message from anyone you miss, and tells you right away when a caller says it’s urgent.

iii.Can I keep my number in India?

Phones in India can’t forward to Vicem yet. Give out your Vicem number instead and pick up calls in the app.

iv.Can I get a local number in India?

Not yet. You get a US number to give out, and you pick up calls in the app.

v.Which languages does it speak with my callers?
