    Put your Vicem number on your website, card and profiles, and pick up in the app when you want to talk.

Callers in India usually speak Hindi and English. Vicem answers each caller in their own language, in any of 37 languages, and says it’s an AI in that language too.

After hours and urgent calls

New clients often call in the evening, right after deciding to start. Vicem answers then and has their goal written down for you.

For a real emergency, you can have Vicem tell callers to hang up and dial 112.

Appointments and requests

Vicem takes session requests: who, what they want to work on and the times that suit them. You confirm the time.

Yes, if you give it your rates to share. Anything you haven’t told it waits for you.

ii.Will clients mind talking to an AI?

It says it’s your AI in its first sentence and keeps the call short. Anyone who’d rather talk to you leaves a message.

iii.Can I keep my number in India?

Phones in India can’t forward to Vicem yet. Give out your Vicem number instead and pick up calls in the app.

iv.Can I get a local number in India?

Not yet. You get a US number to give out, and you pick up calls in the app.
