After hours and urgent calls

Accidents don’t wait for office hours. When a client says it’s urgent, Vicem tells you right away and shares the claims line you give it.

For a real emergency, you can have Vicem tell callers to hang up and dial 999.

Appointments and requests

Vicem takes the request for a call: who, what it’s about and the times that suit them. You confirm the time.

No. It takes the details you need for a quote and passes them to you.

Yes. Give it the number, and it shares it with any caller who needs it.

iii.Can I keep my number in the UAE?

Phones in the UAE can’t forward to Vicem yet. Give out your Vicem number instead and pick up calls in the app.

iv.Can I get a local number in the UAE?

Not yet. You get a US number to give out, and you pick up calls in the app.
