After hours and urgent calls

Leaks and lockouts happen at night. Vicem answers at any hour and tells you right away when a tenant says it’s urgent.

For a real emergency, you can have Vicem tell callers to hang up and dial 999.

Appointments and requests

Vicem takes viewing requests: the place, the name and the times that suit them. You confirm the viewing.

i.Can it tell a tenant a repair is booked?

Not unless you’ve said so. It takes the report and tells the tenant you’ll be in touch.

ii.Does it work for one rental or many?

Both. One Vicem answers for you, however many doors you look after.

iii.Can I keep my number in the UAE?

Phones in the UAE can’t forward to Vicem yet. Give out your Vicem number instead and pick up calls in the app.

iv.Can I get a local number in the UAE?

Not yet. You get a US number to give out, and you pick up calls in the app.

v.Which languages does it speak with my callers?
