After hours and urgent calls

Vicem answers before you open and after you close, and tells you right away when a caller says it can’t wait, like a big group for tonight.

For a real emergency, you can have Vicem tell callers to hang up and dial 999.

Appointments and requests

Vicem takes the reservation request: the name, the party size and the time. You confirm the table; it never promises one on its own.

i.Can it tell callers our hours and menu?

Yes, if you give them to it. It shares only facts you’ve confirmed and takes everything else as a message.

ii.Will it take orders?

It writes down what the caller wants and passes it to you. You confirm the order and the time.

iii.Can I keep my number in the UAE?

Phones in the UAE can’t forward to Vicem yet. Give out your Vicem number instead and pick up calls in the app.

iv.Can I get a local number in the UAE?

Not yet. You get a US number to give out, and you pick up calls in the app.
