What your callers ask

  • “I’m calling about the job you posted.”
  • “Did the client like my interview?”
  • “We need to hire two engineers.”
  • “Can we move the interview to Friday?”

How it works in Mexico

  1. Give out your Vicem number

Put your Vicem number on your website, card and profiles, and pick up in the app when you want to talk.

Callers in Mexico usually speak Spanish and English. Vicem answers each caller in their own language, in any of 37 languages, and says it’s an AI in that language too.

After hours and urgent calls

Candidates call back fast, often in the evening. Vicem answers then, so no good candidate waits a day for a first answer.

For a real emergency, you can have Vicem tell callers to hang up and dial 911.

Appointments and requests

Vicem takes interview and call requests: who, which role and the times that suit them. You confirm the time.

An example call. Sam is an example name; yours says your name.

How a call goes

  1. Vicem

Hi, this is Sam’s AI. This call is transcribed. How can I help?

  2. Caller

Hi, I saw your post for a project manager role and I’d like to apply.

  3. Vicem

Thanks for calling. I’ll pass it on. Can I take your name, a number and a good time for a call?

  4. Caller

It’s Grace. Any weekday after four.

  5. Vicem

Thanks, Grace. I’ve noted the project manager role, weekdays after four. The recruiter will call you.
