How to stop spam calls on Mint Mobile
Mint Mobile’s spam protection is Scam Screener, included on every Mint plan at no extra cost: a suspected scam call still rings, but shows Scam Likely so you can decline it. There’s nothing to turn on, and Mint says Scam Screener can’t be switched on or off.
Scam Screener labels calls rather than stopping them, and Mint says it doesn’t work while call forwarding is on. Vicem is an AI on its own number: it answers the Mint calls you miss, says it’s an AI, and turns scam callers away.

To forward only the calls you miss, dial **004*, then the number, then #. Dial ##004# to turn off forwarding of missed calls, or ##002# to turn off every forward, the every-call one too.
- Mint’s own help lists one code per case instead of one for all missed calls: **61* when you don’t answer, **62* when you’re out of service, **67* when you’re busy or out of coverage.
