When Vicem can’t finish

Some calls don’t go to plan. Here is what Vicem does then. It never pretends to be a person and never makes something up.

A business won’t talk to an AI

Vicem calls a shop or an office for you, and they only want a person.

Vicem offers to put you on the line in a few seconds. If you can’t join, it asks them to expect your call, and you get their number with one button to call.

They hear · Example
“Of course. Can I put Sam on the line now? It takes a few seconds.”
You see · Example

Riverside Clinic wants a person. Join the call now?

A caller asks something Vicem doesn’t know

A caller asks about a price, a rule or a plan you never told Vicem.

It doesn’t guess. It asks you while the caller holds, or takes a message so you can call back with the answer.

They hear · Example
“I don't want to guess, I'll check with Sam.”
You see · Example

New caller asks if you work on Saturdays.

The line is bad

Wind, traffic or a weak signal makes the caller hard to hear.

Vicem cuts the noise and reads the details back to check them. If it still can’t catch them, it can ask the caller to text the number, and it marks anything it may have misheard.

They hear · Example
“You can also text this number.”
You see · Example

Message from Ana. The number may be misheard.

Every call is saved word for word, so you can always see what was said.
