How it works in Mexico
Give out your Vicem number
Put your Vicem number on your website, card and profiles, and pick up in the app when you want to talk.
Callers in Mexico usually speak Spanish and English. Vicem answers each caller in their own language, in any of 37 languages, and says it’s an AI in that language too.
After hours and urgent calls
Leaks and power cuts happen at night. Vicem answers at any hour, asks what’s wrong and where, and tells you right away when a caller says it’s an emergency.
For a real emergency, you can have Vicem tell callers to hang up and dial 911.
Appointments and requests
Vicem takes the job request: the address, the problem and the times the customer is home. You decide when you can go.
