  2. Test it. Call your phone from another phone. It should ring.

Calls still forwarding?

  • Dial the code on the phone that is forwarding, not on another phone.
  • On iPhone, check that Settings › Apps › Phone › Call Forwarding is off too.
  • On Android, open the Phone app’s Settings › Calls › Call forwarding and check every option says off.
  • An app that set up forwarding for you may turn it back on: turn it off in that app as well.

Want to turn it back on later? Total Wireless has no forwarding code to dial. On Android, open the Phone app, then Settings › Calls › Call forwarding, and pick when to forward. On iPhone the only setting forwards every call.

Will my voicemail come back?
Usually, but not always. On Android, “When unanswered” can be the setting that sends calls to your voicemail. If missed calls stop going to voicemail, set it up again in your phone’s voicemail settings or ask Total Wireless to turn it back on.
