T-Mobile call forwarding: send missed calls to your Vicem
On T-Mobile, dial **004*, then 1 and your 10-digit Vicem number, then #, and press call. That one code sends the calls you decline, miss or can’t take to your Vicem; ##004# turns it off.
Which T-Mobile code do I dial?
| When | Dial |
|---|---|
| When you decline or are on a call | **67*1 Vicem number# |
| When you don’t answer | **61*1 Vicem number**20# |
| When your phone is off or has no signal | **62*1 Vicem number# |
| All three at once | **004*1 Vicem number# |
| Turn it off | ##004# |
The no-answer code ends in **20#: your phone rings for 20 seconds before Vicem picks up, so your voicemail doesn’t answer first.
What should I know about T-Mobile?
T-Mobile lists each code with a 1 before the number, the way they are written here. It turns them off one at a time with ##61#, ##62# or ##67#, resets every forward with ##004#, and forwards only to 10- or 11-digit numbers.

If your voicemail answers before Vicem, also dial the “don’t answer” code: it gives you 20 seconds, then Vicem picks up.

Not working?
Check the number has no typo, then see what else to check. On an iPhone, Live Voicemail can answer before T-Mobile forwards the call: turn off Live Voicemail.
