  1. Choose which calls. Every call: **21*, then the number with + and its country code, then #. Only the calls you miss: **004*, then the number, then #.
  2. Dial the code. Open the Phone app, type the code on the keypad and press call.
  3. Wait for the confirmation. Your phone shows a message or plays a tone. Then end the call.
  4. Test it. Call your phone from another phone. The call should ring at the other number.

Calls not diverting?

  • Check the number: include the area code, and + with the country code for a number abroad.
  • Look for the confirmation after you dial. An error usually means your plan doesn’t include forwarding: ask Vodafone to turn it on.
  • On a Pixel or Galaxy, set call screening to spam calls only: screening every unknown caller answers before the call can forward.
  • If your voicemail still answers first, dial the no-answer code with a ring time of 20 seconds: **61*, then the number, then **20#.
